I had a cavity which l had been concerned about since it was in the front. Dr. Then Randi who cleaned our teeth, so sweet and gentle.My teeth were so clean and shiny when she was finished. From the time my husband and l walked into the office we were treated like family. All the wondering and worrying was in vain. I had been seeing him for many, many years. I was reluctant about seeing a new dentist since Dr. AND THEN the Dentist dropped numbing cream in her eye and her eye started swelling. My dad goes in there to speak with them and ask why wasn’t this addressed before she was taken back and their reply was “we didn’t know untill after” ABSOLUTELY NOT. There should have been a paper showing the price before she ever even had it done. After they get done she goes to leave and the checkout lady says” I need to talk to you” and proceeds to say “did your mom not tell you our office no longer takes Your insurance your gonna have to pay 2,000$” UM NO MAAM YOU SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED THE SITUATION BEFORE SHE HAD THE PROCEDURE DONE. By this point they are already putting the numbin g shot in her gums. Half way through they start talking about how they are going to remove 4 teeth.
they get X-RAYS a they take her in the room and start talking to her about how she needs teeth removed but did not say they were doing it at this visit.
Goes in there signs the paper saying her address and information is the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND DR MILLER DENTISTRY IN SUMMERVILLE GA!!!! My 18 year old sister goes in thinking she’s having her 6 month teeth cleaning.
